Pre-Operative (Pre-Op) Visit

If your child is scheduled for a surgical or dental procedure, a pre-operative (pre-op) visit with our office is required to ensure they are medically cleared for anesthesia and the procedure. Pre-op appointments should be scheduled within 7–14 days prior to the procedure date (or as specified by your surgeon or facility). During this visit, the provider will review your child’s medical history, perform a physical exam, and complete any required clearance forms. It is important to schedule this appointment as soon as your procedure date is confirmed, as clearance is time-sensitive and last-minute appointments may not be available. Please bring any paperwork provided by the surgeon or facility to your appointment.
